The BAC is running a Scratch Festival.  It’s a brave and exciting exhibition of new work by gifted artists – and me stumbling about chewing on sweets.  I’m posting too late for you to attend my professional stage debut, which was last Thursday in Skittles are a reason to live, a moving concoction of self-pity and dick jokes.

This Saturday at 5pm is the world premiere of Check Out, performed by Simon Rhodes with off-stage voicework from the excellent Nicola Harrison.  Being performed by two fantastic actors, this one has a very real possibility of not being shit.

It’s our take on the weekend’s David Lynch theme – a love triangle between a frustrated shopper, a till operator and a self-service checkout machine.  Shopping and no fucking.
